are determined by individual vendors. 90% of all inventory is
brand new - products may consist of discontinued items, stock
overruns, and excess inventory. Everything is sold as is, where is,
with no implied warranties.
BUYERS PREMIUM:
A 12% Buyers
Premium is charged on all purchases. Inventory is not owned by
Building Materials Outlet AZ, Inc. - the 12% Buyers Premium is added
to cover the costs incurred by Building Materials Outlet AZ, Inc. to
be able to offer products at below retail prices.
RETURN POLICY:
All
merchandise is sold as is. All sales are final - no warranties,
exchanges or returns. Please inspect your merchandise
selections carefully. Acknowledgement of our No-Return
policy will be required at checkout.
