Come in and see what’s new! Our staff is working hard to get inventory on the floor. Because our warehouse is over 80,000 square foot, those answering the phones don’t have the ability to check on specific inventory requests. But we encourage you to use this to your advantage! It’s like Christmas every day here. We get new inventory on a regular basis, sometimes even daily. We don’t hold items because our vendors want their products sold, and so do we!

We are open to the public! You do not have to be a contractor to purchase from us.

We have over 250 different vendors that supply products to our warehouse. Inventory is all priced lower than retail. You’ll find a mix of manufacturer overruns, discontinued products, and returned orders. In general, all merchandise is new.

We have no set schedule of when our vendors will deliver. The best way to stay updated is by signing up for our email notifications.

From May 15th to October 15th, our summer hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

From October 16th to May 14th, our winter hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

As a company, we are following state and federal guidelines to protect our employees and our customers. We’re asking all employees and customers to wear face masks.

No. However we do have delivery referrals. Some of our cabinet vendors will deliver their products if you order through the cabinet vendor.

If you buy something, you can leave it at the warehouse for a few days while you organize transportation.

If we could, we would! But our staff is busy fulfilling orders and organizing new inventory. 

We do not do returns or exchanges. All merchandise is sold AS IS. All sales are final because we are a consignment store. Once a purchase is made, we immediately pay the vendor, so we cannot accept returns or do exchanges.

No. Although cabinetry ordered through the manufacturer will have a manufacturer’s warranty.

No, there is no cost minimum for purchasing with us.

Building Materials Outlet is an operational warehouse, and that includes risks like heavy machinery and falling objects. For your child’s safety and at the request of our insurance company, we ask that children under 15 have a waiver of liability. We encourage parents to closely monitor their children to avoid any tragic events.

It’s the only location in Arizona. We also have warehouses in Eagan, Minnesota and Pensacola, Florida
